I think people should not judge you based on who you were and/or how you look. Why can't they simply like you for who you are now at the moment and time.<BR/><BR/>2)I may be getting old but I do remember what it was like for my youngest to cry constantly and my not know what to do or not having anyone to talk to about it. I just want to tell you you can call me anytime or if you need me to call you I will. Just say the word girl. I'm here for you. <BR/><BR/>3)You deal with stress one day at a time. One minute, one hour at a time. Which ever is easiest for you to deal with. Take a walk, read a book that you enjoy, do anything to channel that stress elsewhere. Another great way to deal with it is to grab a good cup of tea, and write about it or simply sit outside on a quiet day or evening when you can.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
