Win some ribbon!

So, I've already ordered YOUR ribbon! lol I thought I would post this early, and keep it open until the ribbon actually arrives...which will probably be sometime next week.

I picked up the August ZZ Fresh Flowers kit at Savvy N Sassy, which is the same kit that I worked with this month. I also have some chipboard from Magistical Memories to send along with the ribbon. They were our sponsor this month, and were way generous! No pics of the chipboard, but here is the delicious pic of the ribbon kit!

What do you have to do to win? Well, since I've been dealing with some hard stuff, I would like for you to share with me what was the most difficult thing for YOU this summer..it can be big or small, silly or sad. I will draw a random winner, when the ribbon arrives! Good luck!

Finally, check out this AWESOME packed full Limited Kit by Savvy N'Sassy featuring Pink Paislee's new line Vintage Moon! You really don't want to miss out on this, come join in at Savvy N' Sassy and preorder yours NOW!!! Quantities are limited, and it's an excellent value! No need to pay until you checkout!

Hey Aleks, nice ribbon ;)
The hardest thing for me this summer was having the kids home and not enjoying them. I love my kids being home all the time, I love spending time with them, I love not having to go anywhere. But this summer the kids have been fighting and demanding and totally impossible and Ive not enjoyed the time with them. Im terribly depressed about summer ending, since we didnt really have a whole lot of fun. Im completely bummed.

Glad you are doing well, take care of all ya!

I am going to have to say live w/ people in my house. It's been hard some days more than others. Sometimes is the little things like going to the bathroom and the toilet seat being open.... to harder stuff.

My heart goes out to you Aleks - I can't imagine having to put my boy on an airplane back to his dad. This summer has been an emotional roller coaster for me; we're praying/trying for a another baby and each month has brought another negative test. The whole waiting to try, then waiting to test is hard on the heart. I have to remind myself to be thankful for all the blessing I already have. Take care of you...

Great RAK Aleks

My toughest thing this summer has been financial.. bills keep going up, and the paycheck stays the same. Sometimes I just don't know how to deal with it all.

A 95 year old neighbor I am very fond of was taken sick with a heart problem. I thought we might lose her there for awhile but fortunately she is better now. She is like a second mother.

Wow! Love your blog and I just found you through Allison's blog "Stampin When I Can"! I'd like to enter your contest for ribbon - can you ever have enough?! Correct answer - NO! LOL! So, the hardest thing for me this summer was moving and it wasn't even about me but my 15 year old daugher! We're a military family and had an opportunity for my DH that just couldn't be refused! He has been sent back to school to complete his Masters Degree! Yeah! So moving is old hat for me but the hard part about this one was watching my 15 year old daughter having to say good bye to her friends! We were very fortunate in the "friend" area with her as she really got some great, loving, caring and responsible friends at that duty location! I felt so bad for her when she cried about it but I do have to admit, since getting here, she's been quite the trooper and taken it all in stride! So, if I were to win, I think I'd have to share my ribbon with her, she likes to wear it in her ponytail! Thank you for the chance to win!
p.s. - just a side note I have 2 kids from a previous marriage and I had to put them on planes, trains etc to go visit their Father! Enjoyed the small breaks but it was hard to let go!

Love the ribbon kit. It has awesome colors too!!
The hardest part for me this summer was not being able to see my boys. Ok, they are all grown up and have their own place etc. But with lack of money on both our parts, we can seem to get to visit each other. Hard part for me was waching Steve enjoying his summer with his son and me not being able to see mine. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for Steve when he gets to see his son cause he missed out and is still missing out on his growing years. But what about my boys? They may as well be in another world for the amount of time I get to see them.

Hugs Aleks. You know I feel for you!

The hardest part for me this summer was my trip to Winnipeg. I had a hard time leaving and saying *goodbye* to a really good friend. I've been struggling with it ever since.

I've had the hardest week so far as the company both myself and my husband works at has gone into administration and we are both losing our jobs. I have been made redundant today, my husband some time over the next week. Gone from 2 decent incomes to absolutely no money coming in at all.

Absolutely everything non-essential has been cancelled and we still need a minimum of £700 per month just to cover the bills. No crafty stuff for the time being so anything free would be wonderful and something that would cheer me up big time :)

The hardest time for me this summer was our vacation in Italy. We've worked for it and the girls ( 14 and 17)didn't like anything. We could't do anything right in their eyes, so we had some fights.
And than only having 2 weeks vacation. They ruïned mine.

Can you believe that's a ribbon kit I DON"T have!! LOL The hardest part of the summer for me was when my Nan was in the hospital. She suffered a mild heart attack, and it was a scary time for my family.

I love those ribbons! The hardest part of summer for me was the anniversary of my Dad's death. I just miss him so much and it's hard to believe he's gone.

Hardest thing this summer...make a hard decision: to move or not from our house. Thanks to God, we decided to stay here!
Love your 2Sketches4You card!!!

Wow! I am glad you asked this question. It is a good time to stop and reflect on the summer and see what transpired.
Most difficult for me was job transistioning. I went from teaching to a corporate job. It was hard for everyone because I was no longer home at said hours and could not be as flexible. Over all, it worked out. I am happy to have a job. It gave my daughter a trial run before school to adjust to being alone in the house. Still nerve wrecking even though I am 2 miles away from her. Thankful to have a job though.
